Luke Fitzmaurice-Brown (Te Aupōuri/Pākehā) is a lecturer in law at Te Herenga Waka Victoria University of Wellington. His PhD research focused on decolonising the child protection system, with a particular emphasis on ensuring the voices of tamariki and whānau are heard.
