This usually Labour voter flipped to the Greens last election and is weighing up which one to vote for this year.

Who will you vote for? Kelston’s been notoriously Labour the past couple of years – I think it flipped last election. I’m still leaning towards Labour or the Greens, a bit more to the left.

What appeals about Labour and the Greens? Just them addressing capital gains tax and other things like that. They feel more on-the-ground to me than National, who feel more corporate – and different from what other countries seem to be doing.

When will you make the decision? Probably the week of.

What’s the biggest policy issue for you? Addressing a lot of public issues – things like the move-on orders that recently passed. Day-to-day stuff. It’s really whatever interesting issues I see or hear about on the ground.

Do you talk about politics at home? Not often.

Describe New Zealand in three words: That’s a tough one... a unique experience. Yeah, a unique experience.

If you had to get a politician’s face tattooed on you, who would it be? That’s tough – honestly, none of them really have tattooable faces.

Will you vote on election day or before? Probably before, but if I end up being lazy, it’ll be on the day.

What will you do on election night? I’ll be tuning into the news, watching results come in.
